  • 1-2 tsp organic honey (agave nectar or maple syrup if vegan)

INGREDIENTS


What you need for 6 bars

  • 8 stevia drops (I used to Good Good by https://www.via-health.com/)
  • 2 tbsp stevia 'sugar (I used those Good Good by https://www.via-health.com/)
  • 200g frozen fruit choice
  • 3 tbsp Chia
  • 25 g whey (or 25 grams of oatmeal, but add more stevia then)
  • 75g rolled oats
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 70 g wheat flour
  • 15g honey
  • 35 gr unmelted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the fruit in a saucepan and warm on
Mash the vegetables finely and add 8 drops stevia and chia seeds, mix well
Allow to cool the fruit mixture, the mixture is thicker now
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Add the whey, oatmeal, milk and 1 tbsp 'sugar' in a bowl and mix
Pour this mixture into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes
Remove the dish from the furnace and pour the fruit mixture on the first layer
Grab a new plate and do here the flour, honey, coconut oil and 1 tbsp 'sugar' in
Mix until you get lumps of dough, divide it over the fruit layer
Put the dish for 20 minutes in the oven until the crumble is golden brown
Allow to cool and cut into about 6 pieces

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 1 dl coconut sugar
  • 0.5 dl stevia sugar, Good Good by https://www.via-health.com/
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 dl flour
  • 3/4 dl cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 dl hot coffee
  • 25 g dark chocolate

    Chocolate Ganache
  • 0.5 dl cream
  • 50 g dark chocolate
 

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the chocolate into the hot coffee and set aside. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time while stirring. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, salt and coffee-chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour the batter into a bread pan lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees C for about 40 minutes. Let cool. 

Heat the cream in a saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped chocolate. Let cool. Spread over cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chia overnight oats
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or plant-milk of choice)
  • ⅓ cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • pinch of salt

    Vegan caramel
  • 3 tbsp smooth organic peanut butter
  • 1,5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or plant-milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice to taste)
  • pinch of salt

    Other toppings
  • ¼ cups chopped salted peanuts
  • Few pieces of vegan dark chocolate, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chia overnight oats: Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Store in the fridge for at least 30 min or overnight.
  2. Vegan caramel: mix all caramel ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Add more plant milk if needed.
  3. Toppings: melt dark chocolate in a water bath and chop peanuts.
  4. Assembling the Snickers jars: Scoop chia-overnight oats into two small jars. Add half of the chopped peanuts, vegan caramel (generous amount), and drizzle melted chocolate on top. Top with the remaining chopped peanuts.
  5. Enjoy this healthy delicious treat as a snack or brekkie

INGREDIENTS

 Layer 1: Chia pudding

    • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
    • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
    • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (or your favourite natural sweetener)

Layer 2: Spirulina smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon green spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any liquid of choice)
  • few mint leaves

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the chia ingredients together and stir well. Allow to soak for at least 30 minutes stirring well to avoid clumps (best overnight in the fridge).
  2. To stick fruits/veggies on the side of the jar, the secret is to cut the fruit/veggie really thin and make sure the glass is dry.
  3. Blend all the smoothie ingredients.
  4. Layer the two and top with any toppings you like.
