Sugar-Free Granola Recipe

It can be extremely hard to find granola that has no added sugar, syrup, honey or any kind of sweetener. Why not use a stevia sweetener to sweeten up your granola and make it extra crunchy and satisfying. With Good Good products you get all the sweetness without all the trouble sugar can cause. Stevia does not raise the blood sugar, cause damage to the teeth and it includes no calories. I used Good Good products for this recipe to create the perfect cinnamon granola with roasted coconut and bananas. It´s perfect for topping on your yogurt, over your acaii bowl or simply just as a snack.

Ingredients:

4 cups oats

1 cup dried bananas

1 cup raisins

½ cup of coconut

2 table spoons of cinnamon

1 cup almond milk

½ cup of Good Good sugar

5 drops of caramel Good Good sweetener

Method:

Mix the oats, good good sugar, almond milk and the caramel sweetener together in a bowl, it´s best that the mixture is a little bit moist. Put the mixture on a baking tray and in the oven on 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add the the rest of ingredients and bake for 10 more minutes. Let the granola cool and enjoy!

Hope you enjoy this recipe and let us know if you try it out!
