Sugar free Waffles


The healthier version of waffles with cream and blueberry jam. They are sugar free and vegan. The new jams from Good Good Brand are so versatile, they can be used for anything and they are great for toppings on your waffles. There is no reason to add sugar to your Sunday waffles – just use Good Good sweet like sugar in the waffles and Good Good Sweet Jam for toppings – so delicious and way healthier

 

Recipe for approximately ten waffles:

 

4 cups whole flour

3 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

1 cup Good Good Sweet like sugar

1 cup vegan butter

1 vegan egg from Follow Your Heart

3 cups non dairy milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup water

 

Method:

  1. All the dry ingredients mixed together in a bowl
  2. The melted butter added and with the non dairy milk and water
  3. All the ingredients mixed together until there are no lumps
  4. Preheat the waffle iron and you can use coconut oil to bake the waffles in
  5. Enjoy your sugar free waffles with your favourite toppings

 

I used Soyatoo cream and the Sweet Like Jam from Good Good on the waffles and they were incredibly delightful!
